Just learned (I already knew actually but.....) you can't please everyone! Which is why I will take dogs over people anyday! All I can say is its my grooming business and yes I send reminder text after hours and if that happens to engage in a conversation because you respond then that definately DOES NOT make me unprofessional! Dogs are my life so that means 24-7 when u have a life like mine there is no such thing as business hours! I've groomed dogs at 9:30 at night before just to help someone out that had odd work hours so if that makes me unprofessional then so be it. If me trying to explain a groom and how I operate makes me unprofessional then so be it. I'm gonna keep being who I am and thats someone who loves dogs and loves what I do!
