**Any phone calls MUST either have a follow up voicemail, or text message! This tremendously helps me run my business in an organized, efficient manner.

For those who have requested appointments, I truly appreciate your patience. As a solo groomer, I handle everything myself — from grooming to messages to social media, etc. With that said, I am doing my best to get back to everyone as soon as I can. Your support and understanding mean the world. Looking forward to seeing you and your pups soon!

🐾 If you are a returning Mystic Mutts client, please note that our Policies have been updated, and our Prices have increased. You will find all of this information in the link provided: https://forms.gle/ZDZRyRfWAo3W4Tso7
*It is MANDATORY that you fill out and submit a form response PRIOR to your pet's next scheduled appointment.*

🐾 Updated Policies will be effective immediately for ALL clients. Increased prices will go into effect on August 18th, 2025 for Returning Clients only. Any New/First-time clients will automatically adhere to the updated pricing.

With that said, Mystic Mutts will be closed 2/13 & 2/14 for the holiday, and will reopen 2/17 at 9am! If you have sent me a message and have not heard back, please be patient and understand that I am working hard to get back to everyone. Thank you all! 🐶🐾

A couple of things:
• I only have a couple of slots left for the month of January, message me soon to start booking for February!
• Mystic Mutts will be updating our prices here soon. Be on the lookout over the next couple of weeks for a 2025 price sheet!
