I've had this old lamp for a very long time. It originally came from a junk shop in New Orleans. The lampshade was damaged, and I have been considering what I wanted to replace it. Then I had the wild thought that I could crochet one. I had never seen a crocheted lampshade, but Google confirmed they existed. So I scoured YouTube for stitch patterns, and surprisingly worked out a pattern that fit when I stitched it around the wire frame.
