Sophie update...
thank you for the prayers. Sophie seemed more herself today although her symptoms are still very much present and she is still pretty sick. God did give me a real peace about treatment options and what to do regarding her care and how to move forward. I would ask for continued prayer as I am about to try something new and outside my comfort zone. For now Sophie is maintaining and not in any pain or distress so we will see...

Could use some extra prayers for our horse Sophie tonight. We have been struggling for several weeks now to figure out what is wrong with her and have not been able to get a diagnosis. She is slowly getting worse not better. We could either use some insight on the vets part as they discuss this with other vets or a miracle on her behalf.

Today was another busy day at the barn. Besides the normal day to day stuff we had Dr Claire come to do a couple of our horses teeth. One of our students got the opportunity to feel ALL of cowboys teeth today. It was a great learning experience and our horses feel much better.

Several of you have asked about summer horse camp registration... if you have applied for a scholarship go ahead and register your child on line with the $100 deposit. Your scholarships will be applied after you register. Any of you that have already applied for those scholarships they have all been approved so PLEASE register your children. Sorry for the confusion... we are very excited about having your kids this summer for camp!

What a great day! God brought the most amazing kids to LVR barn today for a 1/2 day of learning and fun. I am proud of each and everyone of them for pushing beyond comfort zones both in the ring and on the trail... great day girls! Special thanks to David Widmaier and Cassandra for being extra hands and eyes today and also Tami Green for pitching in at the end and taking care of my dog and cleaning stalls! I truly couldn’t do all this with out everyone’s help.
