Pet Grooming Services

✂️ GROOMING POLICY & SERVICE AGREEMENT ✂️
Thank you for choosing Bonnie’s Pup Cuts and supporting a small business! Please review the following policies carefully before your appointment.

1. Matting Policy
If your dog arrives with matted fur, an additional fee will be applied based on the severity of the matting.
Mats can cause grooming tools to dull quickly and require extra time, patience, and care to safely groom your pet.

2. Pickup Policy
Once you are notified (by call or message) that your dog is ready, you have 1 hour to pick up your pet.
* After the first hour, a $10 fee per additional hour will apply.
* As a small business, I am unable to delay other appointments or provide extended waiting care.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
* Appointments must be canceled by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled visit.
* Failure to cancel on time or no-shows will result in an additional fee.
* Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, so your notice is greatly appreciated.
* Arriving 30 minutes late or more without notice will result in a late fee.

4. Payment Policy
* Payment is due at the time of pickup.
* Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App,.
