Once again Lacy and Lexi worked hard and did an outstanding job at the Greene County Fair Dairy Show, winning Grand Champion Jersey and Reserve Grand Champion Jersey awards. Lexi placed third in her division of showmanship and Lacy won her division. Next show - Appalachian Fair, Gray, Tenn.

Another new addition to Aspen Grove Jerseys. Game made her arrival on Friday, July 11th.

The first show of the 2025 season is history. Lacy and Lexi did an outstanding job with their heifers and cows at the Great Smoky Mountain show. Among their accomplishments were Grand Champion Jersey, Reserve Grand Champion Jersey and overall Supreme Champion cow. Lacy also won her showmanship class. Next up is the dairy show at the Greene County fair.

Farm life is constantly filled with surprises. A new cat that we named Smoky decided that she liked the accommodations at our farm. The big surprise came when she moved her family in as well. Now for four more names!

It's raffle time. Registered 2025 spring heifer or $500 cash $10 a ticket or 3 for $25. The drawing will be held on Saturday, September 13th, at the TN State Junior Jersey Show in Nashville. Thank you David /Deborah Boyd and Juanita Lee with Boyd-Lee Dairy for donating a registered Jersey heifer to the Tennessee Junior Jersey Cattle Club. We will be selling raffle tickets on her. The drawing will be at the state show in Nashville TN in September.
