It is about the time of year when our Organic CSA subscription email goes out. If you would like to be on the list for this years CSA please comment here and pm your email please. Living the Dream

With the birth of my oldest 2 children this city slicker began desiring a new life. A simpler life. A life filled with outdoors, animals, family picnics and so much love. A life where we could focus on things that matter and not get caught up in the drama around us. Simple living at its best with Jesus at the center. A dream of living in the country began in my heart and since my husband was from a small Mexican country town the dream was already in his heart. We began to look for land in the mist of college and cloth diapers. Life went on and we began to garden in our small town back yard. As we began to garden we also started to learn about living clean and growing without the use of pesticides, herbicides, going beyond organic. We began to learn about natural ways to heal the ground the Lord had entrusted to us and also how to naturally heal ourselves. We learned a lot from those early days and 7 years ago we purchased our first farm. We are still learning new lessons and everyday is an adventure. Last year we purchased our current residence and small acreage. Along with our 4 children we call this place home. We hope you to be able to offer you wisdom from our years at home, schooling and farming. We also hope to glean from you and when the time is right to offer you naturally grown produce, fruit and meat that is grown the way you yourself would grow it. Without the use of any harmful ingredients, Freshly harvested from our hands to your table. We take pride in a homesteading model that gives back to the land, back to the community with a no till method, hand harvesting and rotational grazing for all our animals. Welcome to our homestead. Take your shoes off and stay awhile.
