I am having way too many last minute cancellation. 5 in the last 3 days. I do have a 24 hr cancellation requirement but have not enforced it but I am being forced to if it makes people honor their appts. So, all appts must be cancel 24 hrs in advance or the full grooming fee will be charged before I reschedule. Sorry but how would you like to show up for work and not be paid.

Or reschedule, it will be mid to end of Jan before I can reschedule. I’ve worked hard to get as many in before my surgery and am now getting too many calls to reschedule. I’m exhausted and will not be rescheduling anyone before my surgery. Please try your best to keep this appt. Thank you.
