Note: If your dog is afraid of having its nails done please let me know ahead of time. I use Dremel trimming unless nails are very long and clipping is required.

Walks Done Right Part 1

What does a dog walk mean to you? What do you think it means to your best friend?

To you, taking your dog for a walk might ‘just’ be part of your daily exercise routine or a necessity for Potty Breaks.

But for your Dog it is much more.

It is Bonding Time, you might be just walking but your dog knows you are with them, they are out exploring the world with their Best Friend.

Make sure you are walking in the moment, if your head is in your phone, or if you are on a call, you might miss out on some endearing moments with your dog.

Being in the moment also helps with safety. If you are aware of your surroundings, you can avert potential interactions that may upset your dog, another dog coming directly towards you, an unleashed dog running around, kids, cars…

Walks done right are fun for both of you!

When I need a high value go to treat I like to make homemade as soon as possible!

Recipe can be used with any canned fish. **Please know your dogs dietary restrictions, I am not a veterinarian or nutritionist.

Ingredients:
-3 Eggs
-1 full sleeve of Graham Crackers
-1 Can of Sardines in Oil

Blend all ingredients in a blender until liquified.
Pour into thin baking pan or silicone molds. ( I use silicone dog treat molds from Amazon )
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 Degrees or until cooked through.

Once cooled you will be able to pop them out and put them in baggies, freeze any amount for later use.

Dog Walking Summer Safety Tips!

Try not to walk at Noon.

Teach your pup 'Leave It' That way if they start sniffing something they shouldn't you can easily stop them!

Avoid allowing your pup to drink from Ponds, Rivers, Standing Water or other water sources that may be contaminated. Bring a Doggie Water Bottle instead and keep Fido hydrated! 🐕🐕

2) There is a charge for multiple dogs, an extra $5 per dog.
