I have been a professional groomer for over 15 years and have always had a deep passion for working with animals. During my time in Texas, where I lived for 11 years, I owned and operated my own grooming shop. I recently relocated back to Arkansas to be closer to my family and am excited for this new chapter in my career. Grooming has always been more than just a job for me—it’s something I truly love. I’m thrilled about the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to the team at Wagging Willow and to continue providing exceptional care and grooming services to every pet I work with.”

Happy Boss’s Day to Dr. Chris Magie! 🐾

Today we’re celebrating one incredible leader and veterinarian. Dr. Magie is truly one of the hardest-working people we know — dedicated to his patients, his clients, his staff, and his family. His compassion, steady leadership, and endless knowledge inspire everyone around him every single day.

A funny moment at dinner this week pretty much sums him up. One of our daughters asked, “Dad, do you have an anesthesiologist?” Without missing a beat, he said, “I am the anesthesiologist- and the surgeon, eye doctor, dentist, dermatologist, cardiologist, radiologist, and sometimes even the therapist.” 😂 And it’s true — he really does do it all! Our kids see it too — how much he gives, how much he knows, and how hard he works for both his family and his practice.

***Watch at your own risk!*** One of our clients lost their dachshund when he got loose over the weekend, and he had been missing for 4 days. They were able to find him last night with the help of a thermal drone, and just in time! He was being attacked by a coyote! In the Morrilton city limits! Luckily, he has just a few puncture wounds and is doing great now!
