Mayfield Mountain kennels . We have taken the steps and continue to learn !! We became Fear Free certified to enable ourselves to handle your dogs better !! We have trained and learned methods to prevent FAS,(fear, anxiety , stress). Our training enables your pups to have the best experience not just the first time , but every time !!!

We have also taken steps when we built our luxury kennels to ease stress! We have real walls , real insulation in the walls for sound , the walls are tiled part way and painted finished drywall the rest . These kennels are designed to mimic normal house textures to ease stress . Our kennels don’t mimic the bolt to wall vet style kennels most are using, which Makes the dogs feel like a pound or vet office than a home ! floors are sealed to the walls with tile of walls and floor , so accidents and smells can’t go to the next kennel. Doggy doors on each luxury kennel with their own private runs. We have huge play yards , 1000 sg foot inside daycare area as well as 2000sg foot new kennel currently getting built . There is a inground pool with waterfall about 50% complete . We are family owned and operated and take every step possible to keep your dogs safe and happy !! We also won the award for 2026 , Best of Morgantown ! Don’t let your pups miss out on this experience!!! We have huge community yards for social dogs , and private play yards for the more private dogs ! Dogs love us , people need us ! Call for a tour ! Galway is welcomed. His big brother Rory is enrolled in daycare. Galway is not particularly interested in daycare, so he came to stay and check things out. Galway will be enjoying his own luxury kennel with a private boarding yard and run, Rory keeps him company through the day as well.
