Please Note...
Grooming times can vari! Depending on breed, condition, behavior, hair cut and if you're bringing multiple pets. Times can be anywhere from 2-4 + hours. We do have EXPRESS SERVICES. Their is a special fee for Express and must be requested at the time of scheduling.
If you need your furry friend by a certain time that must also be requested at the time of scheduling.
This is our busiest season and as all other professional fields sometimes we do fall behind. We do NOT rush any pet for multiple reasons, the most important being if we are stressed your BFF will feed off our stress and become stressed themselves.
The owner Jackie has been in the grooming field for 30 years. Our senior employee, who has put her heart and soul into our salon to make it what it is, Samantha has been in the field for 10 years trained souly by the owner aka Mom. Her passion is animals and is currently pursuing an education to become a veterinarian! We currently have some phenomenal employees including Izzy which has been with us going on 4 years and has proven herself over and over what a hard working, dependable and loving employee she truly is. We also have Abby. Abby is very close friends with Jackie and has been a Vet tech for 15 years. There is nothing Abby can't do nor handle. The days that she works there is double calmness in our salon. Our newest crew member is Leah. Leah and Jackie have been friends for over 10 years. Leah is a crazy hard worker! We know she is always going to show up and put 1000% into her day. We often laugh at how when Leah gets a minute shes constantly giving some furry someone love ❤️!
We are a family ran business. Though you may read the words "friends of Jackie", these friends are family! Jackie is currently the only groomer. This is because she MUST trust whomever she brings into the salon and be sure they are able to handle each groom with knowledge, care and patience.
The reason we are putting this information out is because we want you to know as a team that your pets care is our top priority! Every person we hire, every appointment we schedule, every decision we make, every minute in our salon is based off the care of the animals that enter our facility. To us your pet is more important than you. We will not rush your pet, we will not stress your pet, we will not give your pet any less care than any other pet that comes to us.
Please keep this all in mind when scheduling. When scheduling with us, just as any other important appointments, PLEASE do not double book yourself and squeeze your groom into an expected time frame.
