This may be silly, but I dropped my Lucy off this morning for her spay appointment. We were both nervous, seven years and I’ve never left Lucy anywhere like this for extended amounts of time. If everyone would say a little prayer for us today. I pick her up this evening🐾🥰

✨happy HUMP day✨ These are a few things I wish I knew when I first started my business & things that I remind myself of on a daily basis. Operating a business & working a day job can be hard. Feeling unsure of what to do, like throwing your hands up & giving up. Something keeps telling me that's not really an option. I love what I do & those that I do it for. Those wet noses & wagging tails at the end of the day are a prize in itself. I've muddled through some hard times & self-doubt since starting this journey in 2021. Learning how to conduct myself & my business to best serve my clients. You all have helped me to grow in ways I've never thought possible. I've learned a lot & continue to learn new things with every sit I take. Thank you all for being patient with me at times & continuing to trust in me to love your babies🥰🐾

The volume of message I receive is always HiGHER in the summer. I know there are always messages I miss or forget to follow back up with. I do apologize if I have neglected to return a call or text. Currently I am fully booked with sits lasting through October. That doesn't mean my schedule can't change between now & October, as life happens to all of us at times changing our plans & schedules. I normally ask people looking to book with me to make contact as soon as travel plans are made. I'm always happy to review my schedule & discuss possible care options that would work for you & your pet. I sometimes start booking with my regulars a year in advance. I've spent most of June enjoying my time in the sun with the people I love. I celebrated another year of life, 31 trips aroud the sun that I have been blessed with. We celebrated my baby sister & her husband as they get ready to welcome a new life into this world. I am already over the moon about this precious boy I get to call my nephew. & of course I've been pet sitting in between. The Lord has sure been good to me, in too many ways to count. I give Him all the glory for all I am able to do! With out Him I would surely fail. I will start pet sittng pretty steady in July & the coming months into the fall season. I have included my current schedules below. At this time I have minimal dates I am looking to book out. Please don't let that stop you from reaching out with any questions or travel dates you may have. I am always happy to check my schedule & help however I can. Thank you all for continuing to fill my schedule & share your precious pets with me. It is always a pleasure! I look forward to seeing some of my best furry friends soon & continuing to spoil all the pets I can & welcome folks back home from traveling to a warm house & a wagging tail!

I just finished a sit yesterday & today is my last night at home. That’s how in home pet sitting goes. Wake up in one house going to sleep in another. These are a few of my furry friends I’ve looked after and loved on over the last few weeks. It is truly a privilege to give folks peace of mind while they travel. To fully relax and unwind because they know someone is back home loving their babies and caring for their home. The Lord has blessed me with a love for animals I cannot deny & a love to serve & do for others in simple special ways. Put those together and Nanny M was born. It is only through Him I am able to work a desk job by day and pursue my personal business endeavors by night. It’s a busy life, but so rewarding. The connections that have been formed. Those wet noses waiting after a day at the office. Nothing could ever come close to that feeling! I love my business and what I do for others and I plan to offer my pet sitting services as long as you all keep making requests!

Two months off and at home with my babies have came & gone! It was so needed! April is almost over and I’ve been back at it wide open! I picked back up with a double sitter to welcome me back to pet sitting! I just finished up on Saturday with some new clients. I’ll be back on duty May 8th! I can’t help but feel such thankfulness tonight as I sit and throw the ball for my babies. Thankfulness for what my business has brought to my life. For those who trust in me to offer care to their pets and homes while they are away & those who continue to seek spots on my busy schedule. This is not a business I take lightly. I’m thankful for each of you and the beautiful connections I’ve made through serving the pet community! You all are a blessing to me. I hope to continue to serve you all & your furry friends to the upmost of my ability 🥰🐾
