The Copper Roof Pet Grooming Salon & Boutique I am a "Certified Pet Stylist" and I offer "Full Service Grooming" both large & small breed dogs, cats.

Pet boarding is offered 7 days a week for drop off and pick ups. "Self Dog Wash" which is available anytime without an appointment. We are open Tuesday- Saturday 8-3Retail shop: We sell Pro Pac pet products & treats, variety of sizes of pet apparel, pet collars, leashes, pet shampoos, flea and tick monthly treatments, and much more.

When you are scheduled for a grooming appointment, please follow the policies when dropping off and picking up your pet.

* All pets "Big or Small" need to be on a leash at all times and in your control. I have lots of goodies, clothing and toys in the shop.

* Small pets can be carried and brought inside, but you must hold them and not let them run all over the shop.

* If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled. Our time and grooming are very valuable, and every minute counts when we are taking care of your fur-baby.

* "No Show or Call" You will be charged a $25.00 fee before we can book your next appointment, deposit will be deducted from your next grooming appointment.

* "New Clients" We love accepting, new clients, but we will have to charge a $25.00 (non-refundable) deposit before scheduling a grooming appointment. If you have to change the appointment the deposit is transferrable to the new date. Deposit is deducted from your pet's groom.
* If you haven't been here in over 4 months you will be required to pay a deposit.

We stay booked out with grooming appointments at least 90 days.

* When bringing your pets for their scheduled appointment please don't drop off earlier than your scheduled appointment unless you have prior approval by me.

* When picking up your fur-baby, you will have 30-45 minutes to pick up your pet once we call or text you, unless you have prior approval from me.

We close at 3:00, but we are here attending to boarders, cleaning, phone calls. My girls and myself are normally here till 4:00.

I totally understand things come up while your pet is here being groomed, as long as I am aware of the situation, I can accommodate your needs.

This post has been on my mind for several months, I've been open for business for over 11 years, and I appreciate all of my clients and their fur-babies. Alot of you are aware that I work round the clock seven days a week and have since my first day of business. I have revised and added a few necessities to my "Pet Lodging "policies. It's hard for me to say "no" when it comes to tweaking my policies, but over the last few years it has cut down on family and personal time.
I have my own pets to tend to daily and which they are a huge part my family, they have got me through lots of hard times throughout my life the last few years.

Revisions: Pet Lodging and Daycare

Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice of canceling your pet lodging, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Changing Boarding "Pick-Up" Policy: We require a 24-hour notice, only when picking up earlier than previously booked on our calendar, if there aren't any current pet lodgers scheduled for the late pick-up shift, you will have to wait till the following morning to pick up your pet.

Any new clients for pet lodging, will have to pay a $25.00 deposit before they can be added to the boarding calendar. The deposit will be deducted from your pet lodging total when you pick up your pet.

After about 20 days the phone is finally fixed, it’s been off and on the whole time. This normally happens in the fall and spring due to mice in the phone boxes down HWY 60 towards Sturgis. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Effective immediately !!!!

In order to purchase with a credit or debit card, any transactions must be at least $25 or we will have to charge a credit card fee.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience but over the last 3 years the fees for the use of the credit card machine has doubled. I tried to hold off as long as I could, but I just can’t.

We will always accept cash or check !
