What a fun week at Woodside Spring Classic 1! Everyone rode super and we had tons of fun cheering each other on! Some highlights include:
Escudo III and Ella Anderson took top placings in the 2’9 division, and stepped up to the 3’ division for the first time!
Fascination and Nicole Meligonis had stellar rounds, scoring an 87 to win round 1 of the Adult Equitation as well as laying down an 86 and 83.5 in the Amateur Hunter Derby for a second place finish! Fascination also took top placings in the USHJA 3’, with another score of 87.
Virtuous and Sienna Lulenski claimed reserve champion in the Adult Equitation, as well as stepping up to the 3’6 AO Hunter division and putting in positive rounds, scoring an 85 on Sunday!
Cornet’s Crown 2 and Addison Miller won the Pickwick medal and stepped up to some 3’3 medals, where they had great rounds and work offs, claiming third in the USHJA Hunt Seat Medal.
Celine and Peyton Pritchard had a wonderful first show together, claiming 2nd and 3rd place in a large 2’ division.
Oh Henry and Adrien Srinivasan had fun in the Jumper ring, taking top placings and stepping up to the .90s.
Payback took home great ribbons with catch rider Leah Reyes. This was his first show back since last year and he is absolutely loving the jumper ring!
Cityscape and Emily Edelsten had a great first show together, claiming great placings in the Short Stirrup division, including a 2nd place out of a large class!
Fly Emirates attended his first American horse show, and took home top placings in his 2’3 and 2’6 classes.
Nightcap, owned by Addison Miller, received multiple scores in the 80’s with Corrie Busalacchi in the 3’3 Green division at his first horse show with TBS.
