My summer schedule will vary depending on my kids.

DO NOT wait till the last minute to call for appointments

Matting fees apply- I DONT WORK FOR FREE
I DO NOT want to shave your dog with a 7 or 10 every appt on your neglect. This hurts them when it’s pelted to the skin and hard on my tools. Also gives me anxiety that i will cut your dog.

Flea treatment fees apply- I don’t want your dog here every appointment with fleas
I have animals & my customers don’t want your dogs fleas on their animals.

I dog sit for $30 a day. I send them home freshly bathed. DO NOT send your dog here if he or she is aggressive to other animals without telling me. I have to protect other people’s animals

Booking dog sitting with me and canceling the day of is not acceptable, I’ve been very easy without requiring deposits but if this continues to be a problem I will.

Last minute cancellations I get it, I have 3 children and health issues myself. Please try to do this with a 24hrs notice.

This isn’t a drive through car wash, I work by myself. I will let you know when your dog is ready!

My shop is behind my house, if your dog uses the bathroom in my yard please pick it up or let me know I have a pooper scooper.

This is a business, as I DO NOT allow you to stay here with Charlie while I groom him. Charlie will be just find and do well without you here. This just causes more disruptions in my shop.

If I tell you I’m not comfortable grooming your dog, it’s for my safety and his or hers. Not just because I don’t want to groom your animal.

I’m not the VET, don’t ask me vet related questions. If I see something that isn’t right with your animal I will bring it to your attention. That’s your responsibility to bring it to the vet for further evaluation

Text message for appointments please DO NOT message me all hours of the night. I have a family and I’m busy. If I haven’t gotten back with you in a 2 days time. You can say hey such and such. I’m human I do get caught up.

Saturday appts are on available when necessary and if I choose to work on a Saturday.

I do early drop offs and late pick ups to accommodate the working people for this reason.
