Dear Clients,
We love being a part of your equestrian journey and are incredibly grateful for your continued support of our lesson program. To ensure we can continue providing top-tier instruction, maintain our arena, and care for our horses, we are updating our standard operating policies.
1. Pre-Lesson Payment Policy
To keep our daily barn schedule running smoothly, payment is required prior to mounting or tacking up for your lesson.
Accepted Payment Methods:

PayPal:
Cash or Check: Please hand it directly to Kaylee before your lesson begins. (Checks payable to: M&M Walking Horse Farm)
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Because our horses are prepped and our instructors’ time is reserved exclusively for you, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations with > 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule your lesson at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations (< 24 hours) & No-Shows: The full lesson fee of $25 will be charged and is non-refundable. Future lessons cannot be booked until any outstanding balance is settled.
We completely understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen, and we will handle those rare instances with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
