Ingredients:

* 2 cups elbow macaroni
* 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
* 1/2 cup celery (diced)
* 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
* 1/4 cup red bell pepper (diced)
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp yellow mustard
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, then drain and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
3. Add cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, carrots, and bell pepper.
4. Mix everything together until well coated and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
