Puppy pick up weekend was bitter sweet. Bitter because, individually, we love each of those puppies so much - their personalities, sweet faces, and snuggles are impossible not to love. Sweet because, collectively, 8 puppies is a lot like having 8 toddlers - they are mischievous, emotional, and p**p a lot!
The best part of puppy pick up weekend is finally getting to meet the puppy's forever families in person. Some we already knew, some we met through NAVHDA, some we met through friends of friends, and some we have been talking to over the phone for, literally, a couple of years. But all feel like family after meeting them. We are honored they chose to get a puppy from us (driving from near and far) and we are looking forward to staying connected for years to come. They have already been kind enough to send us pictures and updates of their adventures home!
Purebred French dogs have a different letter of the alphabet each year for registered names. Their call name can start with any letter, but this year's registered name letter is "A". Enjoy the puppy pick up weekend pictures and their new names!
