Hello!! As we head into March, there’s a few things I would like to touch base on!!
-I am a one woman show. This includes bathing, grooming, answering phone calls, text messages. That being said, please allow me some time to respond.
-I have appointment times for a reason. If you arrive early, please be patient until I am ready for you.
-I am curbside only. Do not go to any of my entry doors. Do not ring my doorbell. No need to get my personal dogs singing the songs of their peoples upstairs.
-If you contact me in the evening, or on the weekend, responses will be limited, and/or may be answered the following day.
-I need 24 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. Not showing up or not giving enough notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
-Your estimated done time is an estimate. And while I do the best I can to stay on time, there will be instances out of my control in which I will require more time. Sometimes I am only human and will just not be moving as fast as I would like to. Please be patient with me.
