This sweet dog needs a safe place to land while waiting for a forever home. Fostering saves lives and gives a deserving pup the chance to experience love, comfort, and stability.

By opening your home temporarily, you’ll help this dog learn what it means to be part of a family. Most foster organizations provide food, supplies, and veterinary care—you simply provide the love and a place to stay.

This is Sassafras. She was found laying in a ditch on Midway Rte. She was attacked by hog a few weeks ago. It was a very graphic photo showing her injuries so I didn’t post it. We were asking for donations a while back for Aspen who now has had her leg amputated and for Sparky found with no hair, eyes gunked up and couldn’t even open them and starving. Look who came for a vet visit Sparky! He as you can tell has made strides in his recovery! Thank you for everyone who donated to help this guy!❤️

We believe based on eyewitness sightings of Jewel, following the path, puppy description matching one pup spotted with Jewel , timing on puppies picked up, all found in 2 of the areas where the sightings occurred that 3 of Jewel’s puppies have been found. Jewel is doing great as well now. The pups are able to be on their own so they are all together at a fosters house. Jewel is at another place. Pictures of the puppies will be in comments. None of the puppies bare a resemblance to Jewel but we all know that moms and puppies often look nothing like each other lol.

🚨 We Need Your Help Finding Her Puppies 🚨

This sweet momma dog was recently found unable to move and is currently hospitalized receiving care. Our worst fears were confirmed when the vet’s office let us know that she is actively producing milk, which means she has puppies out there somewhere waiting for her. 💔

We are trying desperately to locate them, but the area where she was found is heavily wooded, with very tall grass, and it has proven to be very difficult to search thoroughly without more information, but we haven’t lost hope yet.

If you think you have seen this dog recently, please comment directly on this post or send a message to our page with the location and any details you may remember. Even small pieces of information could help narrow down the search area, especially if you noticed where she may have been staying or traveling to and from. Please help us save these puppies’ lives and, hopefully, be able to reunite them with their mom.

We are so thankful for the volunteers from Last Hope! We appreciated all they did for us from helping with the dog wash to bringing well needed supplies and lunch. Their generosity and their passion for loving and helping dogs shined through! We were blessed and from the bottom of our heart thank you for everything you do!
