Spending time in the water with your pet can be a fun way for them to enjoy the great outdoors also. However, knowing the basic rules of water safety is a must, considering over 5,000 dogs are estimated to drown in pools each year.
This weeks schedule 6/13 - 6/17
Monday- At Stock Vets in Rensselaer, then a Scheduled house call after lunch, and then back to Stock Vets.
Tuesday- At Stock Vets in Rensselaer, then a Scheduled house calls at the end of the day.
Wednesday- Closed
Thursday- At the Lake Shore Drive In, in Monticello.

This will be a week of change and transitions.
I have come to realize a little down time is not a bad thing at all! :) With that in mind, and a lot of thinking and praying, I have decided it is my time to find a little time for myself!
I will be turning the reins of the shop over to Mandy at the end of this week. Mandy has been with CDH&CB since day one (almost six years ago) and is the true magic behind the name.
Mandy will be staying in the same location (127 S. Main Street) with the same phone number (574-583-5422). She will be changing the name to Jinx and Kylo's Spa House and Dog Grooming. She will be offering the same services you have some to know and appreciate since 2016! She will be creating her own page so make sure to like and follow her page for updates she is making.
Thank you to all of you who have become like extended families and shared your fur babies with me throughout these years. I will be in the shop this week and will still be in the area and hope to see you all around town at SOMA events and other locations!

We were informed this morning of the pasing of another one of our fur family members 😢. Our thoughts and prayers to the Cheever family in the passing of Mimi.
