We want to sincerely apologize for the extended timeline in getting the old pool and deck removed and the new pool and deck installed and fully operational. We understand how important these services are to our clients and patients, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

As many of you know, we purchased the business last year and have been working hard to improve, renovate, and update the facility to provide the safest and highest-quality experience possible. While the project has taken longer than originally anticipated, every step has been focused on creating a better, safer, and more functional space for your dogs.

We know delays can be frustrating, and we genuinely appreciate the continued support, kindness, and trust you have shown us during this transition. We are excited about the improvements being made and cannot wait to welcome everyone back to the new and improved pool and deck area very soon.

Yes we take donations. Typically we've received towels, tennis balls, dog beds, toys, dog food, treats, occasionally a brace or wheel chair.

We recently recieved a call from a Scott W saying he had a LARGE piece of equipment he wanted to donate to our facility. He stated 'you just have to come pick it up down in Sheridan' and thats exactly what we did. A very generous donation of a still in the box Large breed dog treadmill. Chris put it together and once we get comfortable using it, we will be offering treadmill time to dogs capable of doing so. Very cool, thank you Scott
