I say this a lot! But breeds like labs, corgis, Goldens or breeds that are known for shedding I’m always surprised they aren’t bald after I blow them out. Especially when I groom them frequently. This sweet old lady is groomed on a regular basis but the fur is always flying on her grooming days! Love our cuddle days!

I just received a message from Tanner and Tuckers mom, she has gotten a new job and they will no longer be able to make the trek to see me! 😢 Tanner I am going to miss your kind old soul and all of the solid snuggles you gave me. Tucker I am going to miss your circus dog dance on your back feet so excited to see me, and all the kisses and doggy smiles! Be good for your next groomer show them how awesome you are. 🩵🩵

Meet Re*****on he is a 7 month old Shorkie and the sweetest boy. He is an example though of why I push to take the first few times as a puppy just doing the basics to break them into the noises and vibrations of the clippers and all that grooming entails. Re*****on had a bad experience at Petco, I think mainly he was just being pushed to far to fast by multiple groomers. I let him take about 3 breaks in the kennel throughout his groom so he got a chance to rest and regroup. It was a a long discussion but Re*****on and I finally figured out a rhythm and got his face trimmed short (which I wasn’t sure I would get any of his face trimmed at one point) Re*****on I am so proud of you for listening so well and realizing that I won’t hurt you, only snuggles and kisses here. Thank you Brenda for giving me a try and trusting me with your fur baby, especially after your experience before.

This adorable boy is staying with us for his own vacation while his mom and dad (our daughter and son in law) are on their honeymoon in Australia. We are having so much fun but he is definitely not to sure about sharing his Nana on grooming days 😂😂. So if you see this cute little face peek out our laundry room door when dropping off your pup, say hi but ignore the sad eyes! No matter how he looks he really is getting plenty of attention from his Nana and Papa!

Good Afternoon to all my fur-babies and their families! Over the past year, I have been making changes to restructure my business to provide a balance and pace that better aligns with this stage of my career. With my 32 years of experience, and the ever rising cost of goods over these last couple of years, I will be implementing a new pricing system. After studying other grooming services around our county and beyond, I will be continuing along the model I have been using based on time taken, difficulty of groom, and size of each individual dog. I will be implementing these new prices as of June 1, 2025.

THEY ARE BACK!!!! 😳🤢 Just removed my first tick of the season off a customer! Please contact your veterinarian if your dog isn’t already on a year round heartworm/tick medication. They will help you find the best option for your fur baby! Ticks are no joke! They can cause great discomfort but also carry disease and if the dreaded deer tick bites your fur baby it can lead to Lyme disease. I know this from experience our first golden Rain got Lyme from a deer tick later in her life, this was before the pill option was available (if you ask me best advancement in veterinary care!) Your fur baby doesn’t have to live in the country to be affected, my customer today is a “town” pup! The more you know! ☺️🤍🩵
