Good morning! Thought I’d post a picture with this announcement, it gets farther than just words. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I also thought why not post a picture of my husband and I. ☺️ you may not recognize me without my Dawn‘s dog grooming t-shirt, and my hair pulled up in a bun! Lol! Now for the announcement!

My task yesterday was to collect all of my clients names and the last appointment they have scheduled, my task for today is to make appointments for your fur babies for October through March. I am trying to save my sanity and my hand from lots of extra writing. So when I find a date and time, I will enter it into my Vagaro program, which I know means you get a text or an email saying that an appointment was made for your pet. If we need to change these text me but know my availability is very limited now that I’ve gone down to two days a week. I will do my best to keep you in your four, six, eight or 10 week schedules. So unless you have a really big obstacle, I hope you’ll be able to keep the time and appointment day I set for you. I make lots of notes in my program so I know that you either really like mornings or you really like afternoons or you prefer a certain day so hopefully I will get your appointments around the timeframe that you are happy with. So please bear with me today as you receive plenty of announcements on your phone that I’ve scheduled appointments. Lol. Again text me if you have an issue and I will do my best to figure out a different time and day than the one I scheduled. Please Text me at 1-507-364-7606 with questions.

Welcome to this sweet little baby! He has the best little personality! Remi is a Bernie/Border Collie/Poodle cross and has the prettiest blue eyes and fun soft fur! I have been grooming his uncle Charlie for years, so happy to add you to my little grooming fam Remi! See you again soon and have fun with mommy at college.

Oh sweet Murphy! 😢 I got the message that your family had to say goodbye to you a few days ago. You were the kindest soul and such a cutie. I’m glad you can run and chase anything you want pain free over that rainbow 🌈 bridge. But I know this is so very hard for your family, goodbye is never easy and sometimes harder with these little souls that give us such unconditional love. Thinking of you all Blair family. Murphy will be missed, give his brother Duke and cousin Maple big snuggles from me as I am sure this is very hard on those two as well. Hugs 💔

🧨ATTENTION 🧨 to my clients for today - July 16th 2026 - I am keeping my garage door closed due to the smoke (with the door open it was getting sucked into my grooming room through the wall air conditioning unit) so use the garage service door like you do for the cold months. Archie says - be safe out there everybody and if you have to go on puppy walks make them short. The smoke isn’t fit for puppy or human!

These two! Johnny and June Hartwig are litter mates and also family siblings. Two of the best doodles! They are air doodles, which is Airedale/St. Poodle. My heart broke a little today when their mama Juli messaged me to let me know that Miss June passed away suddenly. I am just devastated for this family and for her brother Johnny. It is never easy for an actual litter mate that has never been apart from the other their entire lives to lose one. Miss June was the sweetest, kindest little gal. Loved her snuggles and her patient and loving attitude. Love and hugs sent to the Hartwig family as this is never easy to say goodbye to a fur baby. Grooming days for Johnny just won’t be the same. Until we meet again June, have fun chasing all the bunnies and getting as dirty as you can over that rainbow 🌈 bridge sweet girl. 💔

We are still out of power and MVEC isn’t giving any estimates on when it will return. I could run a generator for my clipper, but because we are in the country our well does not work without power so that means no water and no baths. I will be reaching out to the customers this effects soon. I will try to figure out how to reschedule you, but with the holiday it might be difficult. Ughh, I’m hoping it comes on soon but it’s already been out for a 1/2 hour.
