Purple and Sonja’s Violeta in the sunlight ☀️ Despite the fading in the summer, fresh Purple in the spring will always be my favorite 💜 But there’s still plenty of love for the earthy/mossy green peeking out through those Sonja’s Violeta tail feathers 💕

Ever see a Blue Scale quail before?? Also called Cotton Tops because of their little white caps 🤍 💙 🩶

These plucky little quail are so much fun! Very prolific layers 🥚 and beautiful calls in the warmer months ☀️ these guys will be back in season in a few weeks, let the hatching begin 🐣 🐣 🐣
