🐾 WE NEED YOUR HELP — OUR CATS NEED FOSTER HOMES! ❤️

Hey everyone!

First, I want to sincerely thank each of you who continues to support The Country Cattery and our Pawsitive Impact Program (PIP). Whether you've donated, fostered, adopted, volunteered, or simply shared our posts, please know how much we appreciate you!

Today, I'm reaching out with a heartfelt plea for help.

Over the past several weeks, we've had several of our wonderful foster families face unexpected personal circumstances and hardships that have made it impossible for them to continue fostering. These are situations completely beyond their control, and the decisions have been heartbreaking for them.

And I want to be very clear — this is through absolutely no fault of the cats. ❤️

These cats have been loved, cared for, and given a safe place to call home while waiting for their forever families. Now, through no fault of their own, they need somewhere else to go.

This has put our rescue in a very difficult position. We simply cannot continue helping homeless cats if we don't have safe homes for the ones already in our care.

So I'm asking, from the bottom of my heart, would you consider opening your home to foster a cat or kitten?

You don't have to make a lifelong commitment. You don't have to be an experienced foster. You just need a little room in your home and a willingness to give a cat a safe, loving place to land until we can find its forever family.

Fostering truly saves lives. And right now, it could make all the difference for the cats who are depending on us.

If you've ever thought about fostering, PLEASE consider giving it a try. Even if you can't foster, sharing this post might help us reach someone who can.

We are doing everything we can for these sweet cats, but we cannot do it without people like you.

Periwinkle wants to let y’all know that we only need 80 more dollars to complete our colony cat fundraiser!!!!! Our Cattery family has really come through for these cats!!! Our goal is to spay 3 female colony cats before they have more litters of kittens. Thank you all so much for your support. We are ALMOST there! We’ll let you know when we reach our goal!

UPDATE: We only need $80 more to complete our fundraiser!!! Please be these cats’ hero and help us get them spayed!

We DESPERATELY need your help to stop TWO cat colonies from resetting!!!!

There are TWO fertile females left at one colony we’ve been working for a year and a half.

There is ONE sweet adolescent female cat that has just shown up to the other colony that we’ve been working for a year.

If we don’t spay them, all our hard work will go down the tubes!!!
Kitten season does not end in Alabama! It doesn’t matter how cold it gets.

So PLEASE, we are asking our Cattery family and hopefully some new supporters to help us solve this problem before it starts!!

We need about $125 for each cat to be spayed and receive a rabies vaccine. For three, that will be about $375. We are begging for your help to fix this situation, pun intended!!!

Photos attached of our colony cats. We care for dozens of feral and social colony cats everyday. Also, somebody likes to feed them raw meat. We only feed them cat food and treats.

🐾 107 kittens spayed and neutered!! 🐾

Y’all, we have now spayed and neutered 107 kittens!! That’s 107 babies who won’t be out there making more babies!

But as you can imagine, the vet bills are piling up FAST, and we desperately need some help getting them paid.

We can’t keep doing this without donations. If you can spare a few dollars, PLEASE help us out! It all adds up, and we sure would appreciate it!
