Does anyone have any car rental recommendations for west Michigan?? This is twice now we’ve reserved a van and day of, they cancel and say they don’t have one available. We can’t keep having to reschedule routes because of no rental 😩😭

Hi everyone! The severe storm from Monday has passed and we finally have power and signal to be able to start reaching back out to people about appointments. The storm wiped out our power,internet and idk about other users but we haven’t had cell service for the last 24 hours. Thank you all for your patience as we begin to answer messages again! Unfortunately everyone I have the update nobody wants to ever hear. Bella has crossed the rainbow bridge tonight. She fought hard for the last couple days but she just wasn’t strong enough. We will be taking some time to ourselves. We will be responding to messages as we can but don’t expect much. This was Jon’s childhood baby

Update on Bella (our dog) we’ve had the first 24 hours of being seizure free 🎉 she’s on the road to being better but still has to be under constant watch. Thank you all so much for the kinds words ❤️

Hello everyone! I just wanted to come on and update everybody where the business stands with scheduling routes, returning deposits, and answering new inquires as well as returning missed calls and messages we have collected throughout the day while we were trimming. We typically leave around 9 am and most days don’t get home til 11pm, so we try and answer messages before and after we get back from our trimming day. We are not ignoring you, I promise. It is nothing personal, I promise. We see you. We hear you. And we will get to you, I promise. We are not “unprofessional or lazy” we are simply busy. Your message or call or text is important to us, but so are the 50+ other inquires from other clients the same as you we get DAILY . They really stack up. I know that these animals are your babies and they are loved unconditionally, so emotions can run high sometimes when there are scheduling conflicts. We understand, and we just ask for a little grace. Everyone is human and things happen, but we ask too that everyone remembers we are a 2 person business. We don’t have fancy answering systems, and receptionists to answer phone calls, or even a second trimming team to help with the work load. We do all of this on our own. It is a insane amount of work everyday but we get up and do it because we love it and we love your furry companions just the same. We know it is difficult and stressful trying to find a farrier much less a good one. We do what we can, but we are still just humans trying to make a world in a under served community. Things do happen, for those of you who don’t know in the last 12 months Jon has fractured both of his hands, and Miranda broke her ankle. As well as a multitude of personal family matters keeping us busy and in state, This has set us back and I do realize a lot of people were depending on us and we fell short because of it. And for that we are sorry but again we ask, we are humans and I can promise you we didn’t enjoy being injured any more then you enjoyed seeing us injured. We are starting to get back out to trimming and scheduling full time after getting healed up. For everyone we have reached out to about canceling routes, we have started to send back deposits over the course of the next couple days so keep an eye out for a message from us confirming. A legend passed across the rainbow bridge today. Esther changed the mini pig world

She was my best friend, my special girl, my monkey, my muffin, my everything, and I wasn't even close to ready to say goodbye to her, but it was time. I'm not sure how I’ll get passed this, but I have a wonderful support network, including all of you, and will be leaning on them heavily.

To everyone who has been with us on this wild adventure. Thank you. I know Esther was loved by countless people from every corner of the world, and I’ll be thinking about you, too. Thank you for making us a part of your life, and for your support through all of the ups, and downs. I will forever be grateful for every one of you.

I will be taking a little break for the rest of the week to process this. I've been pushed to the limit these past few months (years), but I‘m going to be okay, so please don't worry. I want to make sure you all have the support you need, too, and I’ll be here to provide it. We’ll get through this together.

Sweet dreams, my beautiful girl. If love could have saved you you would have lived forever. And in many ways, and many hearts, you will.
I will dedicate the rest of my life to sharing your story, and helping people understand that we can do better.
