I’ve had my fair share of matted dogs and cats over the years. Matting is super painful for pets and can cause major issues. It’s downright neglectful.
I can only compare it to having your hair in a ponytail for weeks without brushing. Ouch 😣

If you bring me a matted dog like this, I will give you two choices, I will refuse service or I will shave it. Communication is very important as well has an updated grooming agreement/matting waiver.
