Oh Mr. Macks, how far you’ve come.

This sweet golden came to me for his first haircut when I had just opened, a nervous nelly, grooming was completely foreign to him.
Now he will jump on my table unprompted, stand for a full haircut, and wag his tail while doing so.

I’m so so proud of you Macks! 🩵

I spent a little time at the Green County Humane Society this past Sunday 🩵
Rain or sunshine (or a snowstorm), these babies deserve the help 🤍

Green County Humane Society recently rescued 55 dogs from a heartbreaking hoarding/breeding situation. I was able to groom 2 of the 55 on Sunday. It’s only a small dent, but seeing those sweet and gentle pups move freely and prance back to their comfy kennels made every minute worth it.

If you’d like to support their care, GCHS is always accepting donations.
And in the coming months, Wags & Whiskers and Two Dogs Salon & Mercantile will also be hosting a dog food pantry to help keep these babies—and many others—fed and safe. 🤍🐾
