Animal lovers, help us spread the word about our study of non-ambulatory dogs with disc herniation.

Our researchers are trying to document the recovery trajectory in medically managed, non-ambulatory dogs with presumptive or confirmed thoracolumbar intervertebral disc extrusion.

Let’s celebrate our go-to person this International Vetrehabbers Day -

We all have that person.
The one we send videos to. The one who helps us think a little deeper.
Someone who shapes how we show up for our patients with their conversations, brainstorming and support.

Today, let's celebrate those relationships πŸ’š

But that isn't all -
We’ve partnered with Paw Prosper to give away a few prizes to our community πŸŽ‰
There are three prizes up for grabs:
πŸ‘‰ 1 x $250 in Paw Prosper Reward Points,
πŸ‘‰ 2 x $150 in Paw Prosper Reward Points.

To enter, tag your go-to person and a Paw Prosper brand in the comments.

Because Vetrehabbers Day isn’t just about what we do…

it’s about who we do it with πŸ’š

*Final Push for responses*
Hi,
I am Sophie Wilkinson, I am a final year student studying a BSc (hons) in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Harper Adams University currently completing my Honours research project. For my research project
I aim to...
Investigate the current rehabilitative approaches and management of Canine Degenerative Myelopathy
I am seeking participation from Veterinary Professionals (e.g. Veterinary surgeons and Registered Physiotherapists) and Owners of a dog with Degenerative myelopathy to share their approaches and thoughts on the management of the condition by completing one of my two different anonymous questionnaires.
This questionnaire will only take approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete
Thank you in advance

Harriette Hewitt is a final year student at Harper Adams University studying Veterinary Nursing with Small Animal Rehabilitation.

As part of her final year Honours Research Project, she is conducting a study to evaluate the use of rehabilitative aids for the support of the canine neurological patient. The aim of the study is to evaluate the most effective rehabilitative aids and methods in the management of canine neurological patients, comparing opinions between owners of canine neurological patients and veterinary professionals and what impacts implementation of these aids at home.
