Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Terms of service: Only FedEx Overnight shipments qualify for LAG. Carrier delays will void LAG. In the rare event customers receive a deceased specimen we will offer refunds or store credit, once photo or video proof is supplied. 50% Shipping cost on DOA replacements. Any and all health issues must be reported directly to our email [email protected] within 2 hours of signed delivery or pickup unless special requests are made and approved before your order ships out. Temps between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit are LAG temps. We will only ship to a FedEx hub outside of those temperatures.
