You will see some additional yellow curbs in the area of Gwinn Street E. and Broad Street S. These were added to help add more visibility to this intersection by keeping cars from parking in those areas. We also want to remind drivers the speed limit in this area is 25 mph. Maintaining safe speeds alongside additional yellow curbs will help drivers and pedestrians stay safe.

It’s official! Our daughter’s house in Independence, OR — just steps from the River Trail, walk to the Cinema, watch 4th of July from your front porch, one block to the Farmer’s Market!

A very special, one-of-a-kind property! Previous owners included a WOU president and his sculptor wife (you can see her work on campus) and account for the high ceilings & amazing light in a home in this era.

I could go on & on…and probably will!🤣 Hard for the family to let this gem go but her nursing career has taken her back to Arizona & we’re very excited for them.

Help spread the word — perfect for seniors, young families with the big fenced in yard or as an active & successful Airbnb! Or all of the above! Room for an ADU + boat or RV parking 🩷

I may be just a TAD biased but I think she has done a great job of continuing the loving renovation of this landmark gem in downtown Independence!

Long a seasonal favorite, this collection of traditional carols and spirituals performed by Pete Seeger captures the Christmas spirit with wonderful universality. Recorded by Moses Asch and first released in 1967, the album features holiday classics like “The First Noel,” “Rise Up, Shepherd, and Follow,” “What Child Is This?” and “Mary Had a Baby.”

🎉 Important Announcement from Ashley at Dry Town Tap Station 🎉

Dear Valued Customers and Friends,

After 4.5 wonderful years of serving this amazing community, I wanted to share some exciting news - I will be transitioning ownership of Dry Town Tap Station to a new owner. This change opens up an exciting new chapter for both myself and Dry Town!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for your incredible support over these past years. Your loyalty and friendship have made this journey truly special. I'm excited for you to meet the new owner, who I'm confident will continue Dry Town's tradition of excellence. I'll be staying on for a while to help ensure a smooth transition and maintain the quality service you've come to expect.

You'll be happy to know that many familiar faces will remain. While there will be some new faces to meet, you can count on the same welcoming atmosphere you've always enjoyed here.

As for me, I'm focusing on my passions - my horses! I will continue to host wood sign workshops as well as running my marketing and custom apparel business. I'm excited to spend more time with my family and my hoard of animals. And of course, I'll be becoming one of Dry Town's regular customers!

🍻 Final Weekend Celebration 🍻
This will be my last weekend as owner, and I would love to see you all one last time! I'll be at Dry Town this Friday and Saturday with special deals to show my appreciation. Please stop by to say hello!
Your continued support of Dry Town Tap Station means the world to me, and I know the business will be in good hands moving forward.

With sincere thanks,
Ashley
Owner, Dry Town Tap Station

P.S. Stay tuned for details about our special offers this weekend!
