Had a great time at the Rock of Ages Festival in McMinnville — water slides, a car show, sno cones, the Second Winds Community Band, Nehemiah (& Carol) Brown + good friends were some of the highlights!

You will see some additional yellow curbs in the area of Gwinn Street E. and Broad Street S. These were added to help add more visibility to this intersection by keeping cars from parking in those areas. We also want to remind drivers the speed limit in this area is 25 mph. Maintaining safe speeds alongside additional yellow curbs will help drivers and pedestrians stay safe.

It’s official! Our daughter’s house in Independence, OR — just steps from the River Trail, walk to the Cinema, watch 4th of July from your front porch, one block to the Farmer’s Market!

A very special, one-of-a-kind property! Previous owners included a WOU president and his sculptor wife (you can see her work on campus) and account for the high ceilings & amazing light in a home in this era.

I could go on & on…and probably will!🤣 Hard for the family to let this gem go but her nursing career has taken her back to Arizona & we’re very excited for them.
