CANCELLATION POLICY going into effect
Effective as of 10/20/2025
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 24 hour notice. This will allow us a little time to fill your spot.
If you “no show” or give less than 24 hours notice there will be a $10-$20 charge (depending on size of dog and service missed) added for missed grooming service to be paid at the time of the next grooming appointment scheduled.
We are paid by commission only, therefore we rely on your pets to make it to their appointments.

We send our reminder texts the day before. We also hand out appointment cards with all the appointment dates written on them. Please try to put the dates on your calendar, in your phone, or where ever it is that you will be able to remember. Especially if you are a client that books multiple appointments in advance.
We appreciate your time and understanding!

We have been putting this off for a long time, however coming into the holidays we believe it is time. Thank you everyone for your business we love to see your pets coming through our doors!

We also want to remind everyone we will be CLOSED December 24th-29th! If you call during those days please leave a voicemail or send a text and we will respond on Monday December 30th. PLEASE READ! BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hey everyone it’s Micaela! Many of you already know but for those that do not I am going to be having another baby in November! That being said, I will be on maternity leave probably November-December. Planning on being back the first half of January with baby and my 2 year old in tow as long as everything goes as planned.
Taylor and my sister, Trinity will be running things on their own with limited appointment availability due to me being gone. With it going to be right in the middle of the holiday season, and on top of us having a large regular clientele already we are asking all of our regulars to PLEASE pre book your appointments as far as you possibly can. We already have a large chunk of regular clients booked out through the first of the new year! If we can get you booked that far please let us, for we don’t want anyone falling through the cracks. There are already a several days through out the months of August -December that are full or close to full. Please bear with us and we will do our best to get your dog on the books!
