Client Pick Up Safety

For the safety of all dogs in our care at K-9 Yacht Club, we kindly ask that you Do Not enter the grooming salon. While we have your dog..

Dogs smell and sense their owner nearby and can cause sudden movement during the grooming process.. This movement is unsafe for your dog while we are working on them with sharp shears and equipment.

If you arrive early before receiving a “Ready for pick up” text, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until notified that your dog is ready.

Your cooperation helps to ensure a calm controlled environment for your dog while in our care..
