Who We Are

We both grew up in rural Iowa. I lived back on several acres in the middle of the Loess Hills growing up. Justin lived in Warren county on an acreage as well. Our dream was to one day have an acreage of my own. In 2015, Our dream came true. We purchased 10 acres near Ames Iowa. Our first venture we thought about going into was miniature cattle. After doing some research on how many head we could sustain on the amount of land- our plans changed.... we purchased goats! Our first goats we bought was in the Fall of 2016. Ever since then we have been working towards improving our Boer goat herd.

We have enjoyed sharing with you are successes. We are hoping to continually improve. It is people like you reading our story that make us successful!
