~she was rescued from the pre-EU room in a high kill shelter in Texas. It took a whole village to save her. We offered to foster her, although a rescue didn’t step in…~
Elsie is loved by most here ❤️…one of our dogs and Elsie don’t see eye to eye but she gets along with the others.
It takes her awhile to warm up to new people, new situations and routines, but once she has your trust, she’ll be your best friend!
She would do best in a home with older children and non-selective dogs. She would also do best in town with a large yard or a few acres without livestock. She is food sensitive, but does well with a salmon dog food diet.
Elsie is energetic, loves going on walks, giving and receiving hugs, and playing fetch.
