Here it is, the new raised Gator rug. This should solve many issues with gator rugs.
Will prevent hide shrinkage
Will control weight, because you won’t have to put it on a thick piece of plywood.
Staples won’t rust out in 5 years and the rug fall off.
It looks better.
A little more expensive but we’ll worth it.

Due to the changes in laws for transporting deer across the Florida border, we have established a drop off point in Alabama. Canoe Creek Armory is now the official drop off point for VanderPol Taxidermy. You can drop off anything. It is also a convenience drop off.

It is also located next to Lee’s veterinary Clinic.
While your there you can buy your next deer hunting rifle and ammo, or at least bring your buddy that missed the big one!

This is a Dagestan Tur from the mountains of Azerbaijan. Currently there are few to no forms on the market for this unique goat. So I had to improvise using a Bighorn sheep form! I converted the form from wall to pedestal and sculpted the body prior to mounting using foam, and the face was sculpted with clay as it was mounted. Now he is ready to move on to his forever home!
