JES academy riders rode hard at little asheville!

Kenzie Frye made us so proud with her reserve ribbon in 14-17 WT Equitation on a horse who is fairly new to her in the show ring.

Pearl Ludolf brought home two 6th place ribbons in a great class of 13 riders in the 14-17 WTC division.

Carsyn Fletemier with a top three in her first time off a leadline on her very own horse in 6&under WT!

Rose Minton with a top three in Adult WT and her daughter Olivia with two fourth place ribbons in WT 8&under on lead.

Aubrey Gibson with a fourth and sixth in two deep classes in the 7&8 WT division.

Way to ride girls! We are all very proud of how the girls handled these larger, more competitive classes this weekend.

There's arguably nothing better than presenting a little girl with her very own horse.

Last night, Carsyn got to be that girl, after waiting so patiently for what felt like forever to her!

Congratulations to Cori and Michael Fletemier for their purchase of "Nutcracker's Sweet Memories" for their daughter, Carsyn. Sweet Tea is already so loved here at the farm and we can't wait to see this team shine together.

Watching each rider take a victory pass this morning was beyond thrilling for us all! Hard work pays off.

Southern States was one for the books!

Congratulations are in order for Aubrey Gibson with a top three in the 7&8 WT equitation class and blue ribbon ride in showmanship--as well as Olivia Minton with two reserve ribbons in leadline 8&under classes!

All of our riders made drastic improvements at this show. There were many new teams and pairings who have so much promise for the rest of the season!

Special thanks to parents and staff for making the short trip so worthwhile. We are looking forward to hitting the ground running for our next trip off the farm!

What a wonderful fun show! JES had a blast riding, learning, playing and working hard! From riders who have never entered a show ring, to riders in brand new divisions, to show riders--each student took the skills they have been working so hard on at home and applied them to their classes.

Special thanks to True Hart Farm for hosting on this beautiful Saturday! We look forward to attending your fun shows the rest of the season.

Kathryn Rodosky was an amazing judge and took the time following the show to give guidance on each and every rider this morning. All riders got a special take from her expert knowledge on how to take their skills to the next level.

I am grateful for riders who want to succeed and horses that are worth their weight in gold. Great job to all!

Team JES had a blast at UPHA Ch. 18!

Special thanks to Michael Eure for sharing his niece, Bristol Eure, showing Lady Prada for owner Rose Minton in 12& under WT division! This pair was darling--Bristol is such a talented young jockey and Nila didn't step a foot out of place! Looking forward to what the season holds for this mare with the Minton family!

Haleigh Thrasher her own Cosmic Charm had a beautiful performance debut in the Park Pleasure division. This horse is as game as it gets and Haleigh keeps right up--the improvements this team has made brought smiles to all of our faces tonight.

Congratulations are in order for academy riders Pearl Ludolf, McKenzie Frye, Aubrey Gibson, and Carsyn Fletemier!

Pearl took a victory pass on her favorite pony, "Luxembourg," (aka Lou,) in the 11-17 WTC Showmanship class. Thank you ALWAYS to Kathryn Rodosky and the Vadia family for sharing this special boy with us.

Aubrey and her boy, "Fairview's Blue Crush," (aka Brison,) brought home the blue and a reserve ribbon in the 7&8 WT division

Kenzie Frye and Brison brought home a reserve and third place ribbon in the 15-17 WT division

Carsyn Fletemier brought home two reserves on Lou in the 6&under WT division

I am over the moon with the progress of all of these teams over the last few months. The best is yet to come!

We are so thankful to have grooms Courtney Martinez, Michael Fletemier and Haleigh all hands on deck making sure our horses are happy and ready to hit the show ring. I can't say enough great things about these three and our wonderful show moms and dads! Looking forward to Southern States in May!

Aubrey's second time cantering her boy, Brison! Aubrey learned to canter this past winter and Brison takes a huge stride, but between a great listening rider, and a big bay gelding that wants to take care of his little girl more than anything, they made it happen!
