The Iowa State Fair was one for the books! We are exhausted but so grateful. Every rider give their all in their classes and came back with excellent rides and ribbons. We are so proud that our riders are not only amazing riders, great sports, but also amazing breed ambassadors to the general public who came and visited our horses.

Some highlights from the show:

Horses are in and we are set up at the Iowa State Fair Society Horse Show! We are in row E/F (stalls 521-525, 621-625) in the middle of the barn. Come say hi!

The horses all have posters describing them, which were a hit last year! Big thanks to our rider Taya for designing all the posters…they look great!

Our show begins tonight at 8 pm! Good luck to everyone at the fair!

We are back from Mid-States Horse and Pony Show! What a whirlwind weekend! Our riders turned up the heat, and not just with the temperatures outside! Everyone had fantastic rides, amazing teamwork, and we couldn’t be prouder! Way to go Team Menagerie!

We are set up for Mid-States Horse and Pony Show! Two trailer trips and some big hiccups delaying our plans to get to the show today, but so thankful for extra help today in working and washing horses to get everything done and on track! An enormous thanks to everyone who helped us get here and get the horses ready, we are so grateful for you!

Our riders had the challenge of stepping up to a much bigger stage this show, and I am proud to say that each rider rode to the occasion and not only had a good first ride, but every rider improved their ride during their championship! We are very proud of how these girls rose to the occasion not only for showing, but also in supporting each other and working together! We are blessed with a fantastic group of show riders! The show team has been working hard to get ready for Tanbark Cavalcade of Roses Horse Show. This is many of these riders’ first time at a bigger level show, and these girls have been putting in the extra work to make sure they and their horses are ready. We are excited and proud of the hard work they have put in!

A few days late on posting, but we had a great show at Great River Benefit! We were excited to have some new riders join our academy group, as well as our performance riders bringing their “A Game” to show in some very competitive classes. What a great group of horsewomen working together and displaying great horsemanship as well as sportsmanship! We are excited to gear up for our next show in June as school winds down.
