We recently had a RED OUT at the Retail Support Center in Marshall, MN to show our support for our MITs (Manager-In-Training) candidates. These employees and their class leaders attended the Manager-In-Training workshop and spent time at the store, the distribution center and learning from Runnings key departments during their sessions. These employees will continue their development across our stores in 12 states to become knowledgeable and customer-centered managers in future open management positions. Congratulations to our attendees on completing this phase of your training!
