It's been ages since I've posted a update. An emotional roller coaster on a never ending ride! The shop is still the same as it was 6 months ago. Bare bones! Landlord has had one setback after another. Therefore the ripple effect has affected me and then all of you!
I have looked at different options but ... my ongoing health issues, cost of relocating, the practicality of all this is overwhelming.
Finally I have had to make the difficult decision to not reopen and retire from my passion of grooming!
I have been blessed getting to know each and everyone of you. Thank you for sharing your four legged bundles of fur with me. I cherish the memories of all my fur babies. They are my family! It has been extremely hard to lose everyone at once....
I'm going to keep this page alive...if Facebook allows...
If those of you willing would post a picture or a tidbit, about our loved one, I'd be in seventh heaven!
I so love going back and looking at my pictures. Reminiscing about their personalities, and oh the "attitudes"! The s***k is where it's at! Those sweet cuddles I grew to depend on are missed every day!
I'd love to keep in contact with all of you, my grooming family, my life, since September 1995!
I wish, you all, with every fiber of my being, a joyous holiday season!

Hope everyone is out and about enjoying the sunshine ☀️
My shop continues to be a long process of waiting...whatever it maybe...it continue to have setbacks! Possibly now in June? Definitely going to be nice when it's all put together😏
The waiting and not knowing is difficult though for us all...
I'm so sorry I'm not there to spruce up our sweet four legged critters for the spring season...always nice to make 'em more comfortable after a long winter! It seems to make them look and feel like young puppies again♥️
I'm keeping my fingers crossed to see you all real soon!

Morning all😏 I miss everyone so much!♥️
Just went and looked at the shop this morning... Not much to report. One wall has been removed... the wall in the back where my high and low counters were is gone. Opening up the whole back room. Gets rid of that small useless area.. Can see the plastic they're covering the dirt in the crawl space with. Meaning no subfloor yet.. in the back area. Walls still studs. Ceiling too.
Front of shop looks like subfloor is in..
Wow so overwhelming!
I'm lost without out everyone😟
If you have the time comment and add a picture of your pup.. need my puppy lovin'😍

Oh so late update on the progress of rebuilding my shop! It is now just some of its bones left. No floor or ceiling just 2 x 4's or 8's....whatever supports floor and the dirt crawlspace. Slowly getting done. With weather permitting the roof will be replaced too. Friday I meet with my landlord and see what's up. So sorry I don't have a time frame... I know this is very frustrating... I miss you all!

Hello all!
Update on the progress of rebuilding my shop!
It's a slow process... the removal and tearing down of the center high and low counters has been done. The pony wall at the entrance is gone. Tubs are still there, but most everything around them is gone...
Once everything is removed the floor is next. I'm so missing everyone and thanks for all the well wishes! Can't wait till I can put that "YES WE'RE OPEN" sign back out again! Hugs to all of my furry friends❤

Update on what had been happening in my life...
As most of you have been aware I have not been in the shop for several months now due to medical reasons. I was planning to start tomorrow February 14th..
Sunday I got a phone call from my landlord telling me due to the amount of snow on the roof and the flood damage already.... with the possibility of more roof damage... she did not want me inside the building for safety reasons. I have been waiting until the last moment to call and schedule people because I didn't want to have to cancel again because I was not able to. Did not expect this!!!
Spent the evening clearing out the shop... in preparation for the worst in hopes for the best😟
I will be back as soon as I get the green light from my landlord!
Miss you all terribly! Need my puppy fixes🐶
