I had to block a customer's phone number today for the first time ever. I am not Harry Potter. I don't have a magic wand. If your dog is in need of medical attention and is in seriously neglected condition, I cannot work miracles. Sometimes there is only so much I can do. Attacking me and calling me names and being threatening because I won't give you a free hair cut because I did what I could, is uncalled for.

Hey everyone! I just want to put out there that I will be moving to Washington next month. I will be back every other week for regular customers. But I will not be taking any new clients. Katy, the other groomer in my shop will be there. Her number is 530-220-4812. Hannah is on maternity leave but will be back in August as well.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to put this out there. I will NOT risk a puppy's health and safety for a haircut. It can take multiple sessions at the groomers to train a puppy for all that grooming requires. Demanding a full groom on a puppy that has not had the time and training can end badly. Puppies only have a certain attention span and can become overwhelmed. It is always best to go at the puppy's pace and end on a positive note. If you want me to force your puppy into a position where it is thrashing and crying and risking bodily injury to itself so that you can get the haircut you want in the time it takes to do a fully trained adult dog, then I am NOT the groomer for you. Again, I will NOT risk a puppy's health and safety for a haircut. Trust must be earned from the puppy, and I will not tolerate being berated and verbally abused for refusing to hurt a puppy. This is not a corporation that puts profits over service. I reserve the right to refuse service to people who want me to abuse puppies and who cannot accept my rules for safety. This is a shop of love, not abuse.
