The puppies had their 8 week vet appointment on 2/27. One last group photo. Thank you Oak knoll veterinary clinic. Thank you to all of the families who adopted. I feel very thankful that each pup found such a good home. We got a little attached to these little guys. Please share puppy progress and pictures.

So this is not a post to entice anyone to contact me for a dog. Most of our pups have found their families and will be going home.
We believe this will be Shep and Luna’s last litter. The dogs and the family have parts of litter care we really enjoy. Then there are the parts we don’t and we are ready to go back to regular life.
We are not breeders. It has been frustrating when when people who want to promote dog rescue post derogatory messages. They assume they know every situation. They assume every rescue pet can have a normal home life and every puppy is a money maker.
I have greatly enjoyed meeting the families who adopt our pups. I can’t list a price here, but I believe we kept it very reasonable to cover our own expenses. Unfortunately a “free” dog is more easily disposed of than a dog you had to pay something for. But a family should not have to finance their puppy purchase.
We keep the pups in our house and hold them. We even take them to places in the community where others are in need of a little puppy love.
I love to keep up with the pups and see how they are doing. A dog is a family member in most cases.
I know lovely dogs that are rescues, but there are times when that is not the best for every family. So these pictures are just a brag page to celebrate all of the wonderful families who adopted from us. It has been such a pleasure to meet you and serve your family this way.

This is Rosie and Ida. Rosie has been the biggest of the litter and Ida the smallest. About a 2 lb difference between the 2. Both will be ready for furever homes on 2/27.

This sweet boy is snoopy. The black and white Great Pyrenees is a less common variation. Snoopy is a great snuggler.

This is Luna’s second litter. Maggie is a sweet black and white female. Father is 100% Great Pyrenees. Genetics through Embark. Luna is over 50% Great Pyrenees. Luna usually weighs around 60lbs.
