If there are no w**ds, there is likely harmful chemicals, especially on the golf courses, where they use chemicals weekly, if not more.

“Chemical lawn treatments like pesticides, fertilizers, w**d killers and rodenticides can all be toxic to pets if ingested,” according to Hyder. “Many owners do not realize that public parks, apartment complexes and even neighbors’ lawns may have been recently treated.”
