Is everybody geared up to work the rodeo this weekend?! The Badlands Circuit Finals is in town this weekend, Oct 9th, 10th, and 11th. We are looking for people to help scan tickets at the door, usher people to their correct seat, and sell 5050 raffle tickets. Everybody that works gets free entry to the rodeo. This is a really fun, high energy event. If we have enough people, it's an awesome fundraiser for us!

We will meet 30 minutes before the doors open, on the lower level main entrance to the all seasons arena.
4:30 pm Friday
4:30 pm Saturday
10:30 am Sunday

See you at the rodeo !

Tomorrow is the day we get to celebrate all the fun we had this summer!! We are looking forward to seeing our horse family while we enjoy dinner and our 2026 accomplishments.
Social hour is from 5-6, dinner is at 6, annual meeting following, prizes, and then we wrap up the silent auction.
Pizza will be provided, but feel free to bring a dessert to share if you wish. We have some drinks from seasons end to disperse, but you may want to bring your own water or soda. If you have any extra lawn chairs, extra seating might be helpful. Lastly, don't forget a silent auction item!
A few people might bring horses to play around with in the arenas before dinner, so if you want to hook on a trailer, four legged friends are welcome, too.

Reminder : this Friday evening is our annual meeting and awards banquet. It would really help us out to have a headcount, so we can be sure to have enough pizza ordered. Please comment on this post and let us know if you're attending !

Keep your calendars marked for Sept 26 - our trail ride is still on! We're hoping for a gorgeous fall day to ride at the Denbigh Forest. We are planning to be saddled up and ready to ride off at noon. If you are able, please make all efforts to trailer-pool, as the parking is very limited. See you all on the 26th!

‼️ Attention! ‼️
As there are many other local events scheduled for Sept 27th, the MTR board has decided to pivot our plans for the annual meeting and awards banquet.
We will be meeting Friday, Oct 2nd.

Where? At the MTR arena
What time ? Social hour at 5, dinner at 6, meeting and awards at 7.
What's served for dinner ? You can leave your crockpots at home if you want - the club will be providing pizza. If you do what to bring an appetizer or dessert or any snack your heart desires - you're surely welcome to!

We will once again be offering silent auction items, so please bring something unique to donate !

Here is the info for the obstacle challenge pictures from our photographer, Andrea:

Good morning!
Here is the gallery for the obstacle course:

https://andreabrickeyphotography.pixieset.com/lizchristiansonmemorialextremeobstaclechallenge2026/

The link is open to the public so anyone can see the images - I usually set a passcode but figured no passcode would be easier.

So they’ll click the link, scroll to find their photos that they would like, and “heart” them. The heart is near the upper right corner. When they heart them, it will ask for their email.
I can see from my side when someone creates a favorite gallery and their email. They just need to put their correct email as I’ll send over their final images to that email.

They can also message my business page too if they need help, are done selecting their images, would like to make a donation, or have questions:
