From puppy preschool to advanced obedience to AKC trick dog titles, there’s a class for you!

Classes are capped at 6 dogs per class.

As the weather gets colder, an inside environment for training is crucial for continuing training over the winter. I couldn’t be more grateful for and their partnership with Train a Dog Save a Warrior.
Through this partnership, I am able to continue to work with recipients of TADSAW service dogs to further their training during the cold winter months!

Starting July 22, 2025 at 6:00pm

This is a 5 week class working on engagement with your dog outdoors. Working on skills typically found in beginner and intermediate obedience classes in a different setting outdoors.

You and your dog should have some obedience training skills prior to taking this class.

Have a current foster dog and want to get training advice to help them find their forever home?

Attend the drop-in class specifically for current shelter and foster dogs. This class is held once a week for one hour. The trainer will have several skills prepared to teach each week. You are highly encouraged to bring all your questions to class!

Sit Happens! is a drop-in style class held for two hours each week. Come when you can, and leave when you need to!

Current schedule: Wednesday July 30th 6:00pm-8:00pm

Fee: $15.00 paid in cash, card, or through enrollment on the website.

Coming late summer 2025!
I am excited to share that beginning in August Ruff Resonance K9 Academy will begin offering training services in the Twin Cities Metro area.
In-home training, group classes, group walks around the Twin Cities, and drop-in classes for shelter dogs will be offered.
We follow the ethics of the hierarchy of behavior and use many positive methods to teach and communicate with the dogs.
We strive to meet families where you are at, whether it’s your first dog or your 20th! Our goal is to help you build strong lifelong relationships and communication with your dog.
