DNT BLNK Venture Studio is looking for an exceptional New Business Development Manager to be responsible for creating relationships, generating leads and meeting revenue goals. DNT BLNK is a venture studio. We start startups. What does that mean? Just what it sounds like. We’re in the business of building and launching products, programs and companies. We’re small and growing with a solid list of relationships and partners. We’re selective. We’re looking for a team member who raises their own standards every day. We work in the areas of fin-tech, sports, logistics and technology.
Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales-related role is required.
Successful New Business Development Manager will be a skilled communicator, presenter and creatively opportunistic with relentless ambition. Your role will be to assist prospective clients with buying decisions and recognize new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience. A desire to hold yourself and others to a standard of excellence is required. Experience in the credit union or related field a plus, but not required.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Generating leads
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Giving sales presentations and webinars to prospective clients
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Understanding and promoting company programs
Preparing and submitting sales contracts
Maintaining client records
Attending conferences and events to promote the company products�
Sales Representative Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Cross-industry experience in sales
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
A commitment to superior customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Competency with cloud based tools including CRMs and all Google applications
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
