Today the Forest Service fire crew came up and are burning all our slash piles. We are so grateful. This will keep the ranch clean and help with fire prevention. What a blessing.

We have some water flowing through the ranch. It has receded about 2 feet today. We sure needed the moisture. And what a beautiful sound it makes.

As tradition goes. Every guest to the ranch recieves a wonderful hand made quilt. The guests are allowed to choose their own style quilt from the many wonderful designs and sizes, gifted to Indian Springs Ranch. We have a small group of lady friends who gather together to joyfully quilt them, and send them as a donation to help support the warriors who come visit us. Thank you "Quilt Ladies"! Every warrior absolutely loves their quilt.

Yesterday's ride. What an amazing 8 miles. Some Gila National Forest and some Gila Wilderness. All of it, just beautiful.
