I met my first 4-legged best friend 12 years ago, Gizmo my Poodle-Maltese! But most importantly, he opened my heart to all other animals. Before I knew it, I was volunteering at LA City Shelters, DAWS (Directors of Animal Welfare), Best Friends, picking up lost and abandoned dogs off the streets and finding loving homes for them. My interest grew, so I enrolled with Animal Behavior College and att

ained a Dog Training Certification! In 2010, I made the move to beautiful Portland, Oregon. I'am currently a volunteer with the Oregon Humane Society and Guide Dogs for the Blind. My beloved pack consists of Gizmo, Casper a Westi mix-mutt and Angelita a Doxie/Shih-Tzu. I value their companionship and love more then they will ever know, and because they mean the world to me, I understand how your pets mean the world to you! I am not the average in and out, feed & walk sitter. I take the time to build my own friendship with your pets by making them feel safe and cared for. Heartbeat at my Feet provides *love* and *affection* exercise and play - while your away!

My least 2nd favorite part of Heartbeat... When my pups move away....

I got to watch Filbert as a baby baby puppy... He made his first friends here, he got in his first squabbles here too! Then he got a sister! Wanda got to join the pack, and though timid sometimes, she LOVED being here! They'll be moving away but I'm sure they'll live a fun life with the great guardians they have. Hope to see you again someday Filbert and Wanda. 💗

Roper will miss you, Archie will not 🤣 little Toby and Big Toby loved you and they say bye bye, Gibbs will be confused 🤔 and Duckie says BOO. Augie the doggy wishes you well, Cedar says sorry for being so bossy.
