Now Charlie’s a little rough around the edges, we brought the couch potato out to socialize, and Kai wanted to try the show. Say less baby girl let’s do it.
I’m super proud of my girl for stepping up to the plate & giving it her best, the bond we have and the amount of trust she puts in me which gives her confidence is a feeling of honor.
These experiences are the building blocks for an “I can do anything” attitude.

Wish our boy luck today he will be competing at the WBA show in Oklahoma. This event is raising awareness for Autism and making a generous donation to a foundation that works with children with autism.
Having a little brother with autism you know we could not miss the chance to support!

What an emotional morning.
A few days ago, this sweet family reached out to me with heavy hearts after recently losing their beloved dog. As any dog lover knows, you can never replace the ones we’ve lost — but you can open your heart to a new, one-of-a-kind love.

With young children in the home, temperament and stability were their top priorities. And as fate would have it, I had just the perfect girl for them.

Watching a puppy go home is always a bittersweet moment. I pour so much love, time, sweat (and sometimes tears) into raising them — from their tiniest, most fragile days to the confident, silly, smart pups they grow into. My love for each one starts long before they even take their first breath.

Each generation deepens that love. It’s a gift to see the same bloodlines I’ve raised for years reborn, carrying the spirit of their ancestors forward.

This girl, in particular, has been with me since just before Christmas. Her litter faced a tough start — we heartbreakingly lost two of her brothers in the early weeks. But she made it through. I remember when she first opened her eyes 👀, took her first wobbly steps 🐾, felt the crisp Wisconsin air ❄️ for the first time… She was always a strong, healthy pup with such a bright spirit.

She bonded quickly with the kids, caught on to house routines like potty training and feeding in no time, and brought so much light into our home.

Enjoy her, Stormy’s new family.
We love you, Stormy — always. ❤️
